Orders taken by 1.30pm Mon-Thursday and orders taken by 11am Friday would usually be despatched the same day, some orders may take longer, but every effort will be made to deliver on time. Any delivery specified is a best estimate.

Weekends and public holidays: Although orders are accepted via our website on weekends and public holidays we are not able to dispatch orders at these times. Orders received at these times are dispatched on the next available working day.

Delivery is cheaper for orders placed on-line, just £8.94 is charged per order no matter how large or small the consignment, if your order is over £100 then delivery is FREE (UK only) on standard next day carrier only.

For orders not placed on-line, we have a minimum delivery charge of £12 for orders under £150.

Deliveries outside mainland UK are extra.

You are also welcome to collect or send your own courier in to collect, just advise us at checkout.

We can deliver to anywhere in UK, Europe and in fact the World, We use various methods of delivery Royal Mail, TNT and City Link depending on who offers the most suitable delivery service.

Returns Policy

Our next day courier service is our preferred choice of despatch. This service offers complete peace of mind in terms of consignment tracking and insurance. Orders are collected directly from our warehousing facility and are for a next working day delivery.Standard next day deliveries can arrive Monday to Friday any time between 8.30am and 5.30pm.  All our next day deliveries require a signature .If you are not in at the time of delivery our couriers will leave a card and will try to deliver on the next two consecutive working days. If they are unable to deliver after that point, the goods are sent back to us. It will then be your responsibility to have the goods collected from our warehouse.

Our couriers try to deliver next day, however this not a state guarantee (unless on a timed delivery) most items sent do arrive next day but some may take longer. For this reason we are unable to accept responsibility for any costs or damages in relation to late deliveries.
Royal Mail 1st Class delivery is the most economical method of despatching orders. Whilst this service is very good we have no traceability after the goods have left our warehousing facility. As signature is not required for this service we are unable to accept any responsibility for your parcel once it has left our premises
If you have not received your goods within the order processing and delivery times stated above please email us at sales@hadleightapes.co.uk with your order reference number. We will endeavour to respond within 24 hours with information to enable you to track your order. If your order is proven to be lost with 28 days of the order placement date we will refund or replace the goods.
If you should receive your item and it is either not as described or incorrect, please email us at sales@hadleightapes.co.uk giving details outlining the error. Upon receipt of the email we shall investigate the problem and if we are in agreement we will advise how we will rectify the situation. You then have the right to cancel or have a replacement item sent. We advise you return the goods via a recorded delivery service.
